In the midst of our rapidly-changing world, the church faces major challenges. Old patterns and habits of leadership no longer work. The task of re-orienting churches for change and growth calls for new gifts.
As God calls us into new life we need leaders who have the spiritual depth to discern signs of resurrection and the skills to guide us toward new birth. Leadership development for both clergy and laity is key to the church’s future.

Prepare pastors for transformational ministry that nurtures lay leaders within their local congregations;

Mobilize interim ministers to serve and nurture congregations during times of transition between pastors;

Equip pastors and lay leaders in developing intercessory prayer and healing ministries in their churches;

Expand workshops on specific themes such as Managing Change and Conflict in Congregations;

Provide scholarships for long-term learning by clergy who feel called to pursue advanced study programs.
